How we’ll manage your complaint

When we get your complaint, we’ll send you an email to let you know we received it.  The email will tell you how we will handle your complaint. Then, we’ll investigate your complaint and come up with a plan. We’ll share that plan with you and ask you for your feedback.  You can tell us if you’re happy with the proposed solution. If you’re not happy with what we suggest, you can tell us too.
