Waverley Palms consists of 4 units, each with their own bathroom and living area.
The home is warm and welcoming and many residents enjoy coming together in common areas for meals and a chat. The home is specially designed for individual care and support for people with a range of disabilities, particularly acquired brain injuries, neurodegenerative disorders and complex cases. Clients can choose from short, medium and long-term accommodation.
With 24-hour care, our Waverley Palms team supports clients to achieve their goals and help them maintain skills to live a quality life.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is funded through the NDIS. SIL includes:
- High intensity and standard supports
- Assistance with daily personal activities showering, dressing, medication
- Assistance with household tasks - cleaning, cooking, laundry
- Social and community activities shopping, medical appointments
