Healthscope Independence Services is a specialist provider of accommodation and in-home services to individuals with acquired brain injuries, other disabilities and others leaving hospital requiring extra support at home.
We are accredited by the Australian Council of Healthcare Standards ensuring national quality standards are met. Accommodation programs are provided to enable our clients to live as independently as possible maintaining their activity in the community. Care support is provided by qualified and trained Support Workers. Our workers have qualifications in disability care, aged care, community care and community welfare.
Our accommodation provide long-term, short-term, transitional and respite options in metropolitan Melbourne, country Victoria and Darwin in the Northern Territory.
